We are not fully understanding the situation you want to solve. For instance, is price crossing both ID1.SG6 and ID1.SG7 or is it either (and same for ID1.SG10/ID1.SG11)? Also, are you wanting two different sounds for the two different situations? If so, then you have to create separate alerts. There is an Alert section on the "Chart >> Chart Settings" page that can be used to create another alert.
