1) The Current selected service is set to Teton CME order routing (trading) on both systems. I can send you a screen shot ? 2) I checked the tick value under symbol settings both under chart settings and global settings and it is correct and the same on both systems. I am attaching two videos that start at essentially the same time; showing ZNZ23 around the start of Globex. One is labelled "new computer ZN ..." the other is "old computer ..." The data that is coming in on Time and sales is the same. The data on the market depth is the same the recent bid and ask is the same The current traded bid ask is the same The difference is in the total volume being displayed in the volume by price study. It does not add up to the current traded bid and ask on "new computer" but it does on the "old computer If the formatting is too small to see on the new computer video i can reprocess and send a new video making it easier to see.
