To start with, your order filled at 4167.25 because that is where the price moved to before your particular order could be filled. To help avoid this, you could use a "Sell Stop Limit", but then you may not get filled at all, or if you have a quantity greater than 1, then you may only get a partial fill. The point here is that this is how the market works. With regards to your SL and TP, you must have the setting for "Adjust Attached Orders to Maintain Same Offset on Parent Modification" set to "Yes".
