If you want U.S. Equities with Market Depth then we recommend activating both the "U.S. Equities Consolidated Tape" and the "NASDAQ TotalView" exchanges. Then when you open a symbol you will need to add an "_MBO" to it (so IBM_MBO). The _MBO denotes the combination of these two exchanges. Also keep in mind that the Market Depth is only for the NASDAQ exchange itself. We do have Market Depth data for the CME Group, but that is Futures data, not U.S. Equities.
