When we look at the two chartbooks we are seeing the exact same information in the Volume by Price profiles, so it is not a matter of the settings for these profiles, which is what we were thinking. Can you please tell us what the "Data/Trade Service Settings >> Main Settings >> Current Selected Service" is set to on both systems? We are wondering if these are set exactly the same as this may be related to the symbols you are using.
