We do not see anything wrong with the syntax of what you have written, but with the 2 OR statements within the AND statement, it is a bit complicated, so you need to make sure you have it working as you expect. The Spreadsheet Formula uses the Alert Syntax (despite its name). Use this to breakdown your formula and look at each piece and build it up. It will help you figure out where you may have something not set exactly as you want it. Keep in mind that with something like =AND(a, b) the Spreadsheet Formula will return either a 0 (false) or 1 (true).
