Can you please give us screenshots of the two installations (obviously as close in time as possible), so we can see what is different. The Bids and Offers should be the same, or close - it's possible that the update time is slightly different so in a relatively fast moving market the numbers close to the Best Bid and Best Offer are going to be slightly different, but as you move away from the current price the numbers should be matching up. Another thing you can do is to add the "Market Depth Historical Graph" to both charts as these should match up exactly for prior bars - assuming that the chart settings, and the study settings, are the same.
