Are there any studies on that chart? Are you duplicating another chart to create the new chart, or are you creating it "from scratch" through the "Find Symbol" page or "File >> New/Open Intraday Chart"? And are you having any issues prior to changing the Session Times? If you can please start a new chart by selecting "File >> Find Symbol", then entering the symbol and selecting the button for "Open Intraday Chart", then let us know if this opens without any issue. Then change the session times (and only the session times) and let us know if you then have an issue.
