What we need you to do is update Sierra Chart with Help >> Download Prerelease. There are changes which will correctly solve this problem. CQG has made some price formatting changes which is the source of the problem. We had not realized that when we adjusted the multiplier. After you update you will need to apply the new Symbol Settings to the chart following the instructions here: https://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?l=doc/doc_GlobalSymbolSettings.php#UpdateChartSettingsSteps if there is any problem with the existing historical data in the chart, you will need to delete it with Edit >> Delete All Data and Download.
