There are a few items that we see in the log: - You have at least one incorrect symbol for a chart. The symbol ESM22_FUT_CME is not a Rithmic symbol, so you will not get any data for this. The easiest solution is to select "Edit >> Translate Symbols to Current Service" in order to update symbols to what is needed for the current selected service (Rithmic). We also see the following throughout your log DTC Client socket (2) | Close event error. Windows error code 10053: An established connection was aborted by the software in your host machine.
This means that you are having some kind of connectivity issue to Rithmic. Refer to the following: Data/Trading Service Connection and Symbol Issues: 1.2.
