Hello, Real-time price multiplier in global symbol settings seems not be the real problem. If I reinstall sierra chart and open 5 mins chart of SPI200, the price becomes 0.1 times the actual one due to the multiplier setting of 0.1. For a new installation, the multiplier 1 is correct. The 10 times price problem will occur again if I do the following process 1.Click "delete and download data" on the intraday chart and a red tag of "download failed" appeared. 2.Then switch to daily chart and the price becomes 10 times. |
