Your second image is the "correct" one. We have no idea why the number is not being overlapped in the first image. This is not something that we can easily reproduce - unless you can always reproduce this with your chart. In which case, please get us that chart and we will see if we can see the same thing and figure out why the number is on top of, instead of under, the bar.
