With any feature request, we can not say when (or if) we will get to it. We understand the requests, but due to the number of items we are working on, we simply can not say when it will occur. With regards to the Study/Price Overlay, we recommend setting the option for "Global Settings >> General Settings >> Charts >> Use Controlled Order Chart Updating" to "Yes". There is not a way to improve the time for the Study/Price Overlay calculation, but enabling this option should resolve the particular issue you are having.
