Hi John, Thank you for your answer. I didn't reply yesterday as I wanted to take the time to test different TopStep Servers in Europe and US (I'm based in France). The problem persists and as recommended on SC website, I took the Denali data feed to avoid being disconnected. I checked with a couple of TopStep clients using SC. They don't experience disconnect issues and they have also subscribed to Denali and their settings show they are on Rithmic TopStep Servers. Can you please check my account on your end (may be something not properly activated - please see message below saying Not connected to Live trading account to receive CME realtime futures data at non-professional fees), or else do you recommend that I re-install SC from scratch, or would someone from SC be willing to spare 15 min for a quick Remote Assistance? I moved to SC recently and starting to be a bit frustrated because of the data feed. Everything else is just perfect!

Just discovered one of the lines on the Log showing (this is like 6 min ago):
