One thing we do see, is that you will be prompted to save each individual Spreadsheet, which are associated with Spreadsheet studies, if you choose not to save the Chartbook when closing the Chartbook. This is just simply how it is and how spreadsheets work when closed to ensure no data is lost when they are closed. It is the same with a Chartbook. You are always prompted to save a Chartbook when closing it. The original work that was done, still functions properly. We have verified that, and we do not know what the scenario is you are running into now.
