Good morning, I am having issues with missing data on 6JYZ23. Some backstory, I was having similar problems w/ 6BPU23 (set on continuous unadjusted) a few weeks ago, I was missing ~1 month of data for the M contract. The correction was to open a chart on the M contract and let the data download. With this JY, I am missing data from 2016 until now. Could I go through all the contracts from then until now and download all that data. Sure. Is that feasable? No. Is there a better way to get this data to fill in? I am also having an issue with all data loading. I have to disconnect and re-connect to get data to download most of the time. Is there a solution to this? Thank you. |
