You will not have any problems with live trading like this since the market would be closed. You cannot get a fill with prices you are seeing: it doesn't make me feel comfortable about using SC with live execution on IQFeed or another external data service.
Clearly the issue is the bid and ask prices sent by ICE just after the market close: Do you know where the problem lies aside from blaming the data feed?
We are going to add an option to the next release, to adjust the bid and ask prices for simulated fills to be aligned with the last trade price, if they are beyond the current last trade price.
