From the quote you gave from AMP, you are still using CQG for your order routing. You may be getting the data from us now, which may be different from how you were setup in the past, but the order routing, and information for your account with AMP is coming from CQG.

But, what we are somewhat confused about is when we look at our server information, it shows that your system has the "Current Selected Service" as "SC Data - All Services" and not as CQG. If this is correct, then you will not be getting any information for your AMP account as you are not connected to it.

To connect to your CQG account with AMP, follow the instructions at the following link:

But, even if you are connected to CQG, there may still be issues with the Account Balance as CQG does not update the information very often. Refer to the following:
