Being this is an issue which affects one specific chart. Create a new chart and see if you still have the issue. If not, then just simply no longer use that other chart. There must be something in the settings but we cannot take the time to be analyzing this. It is not anything wrong with the core functionality. Also I've never once seen the "reset on touch" work. Nor has anyone else I've spoken with or watched trade. I even posted about it in the forum but never found an answer/solution. But, that's a separate issue to this post. The reset on touch functionality only affects the historical pullback data and we see no indication that it is not working as documented.
