There are limited items you can get from a Volume by Price profile and nothing from the Numbers Bars studies into a Spreadsheet. From the VbP, as you have seen, you can get the POC, VAH, VAL, and VWAP. You can also get the Volume at Price data for a period in the Spreadsheet- refer to the following:

The references you had found were for the "Numbers Bars Calculated Values", not the "Numbers Bars" study itself. You can get the Numbers Bars Calculated Values in a spreadsheet. Those occur normally, although you may need to adjust some of the outputs depending on the output you are trying to get.
