Refer to the information at Step #5 of the following link for the files: Transferring Sierra Chart Settings and Data From Existing Installation to New Installation: Transferring Sierra Chart Settings and Data From Existing Installation to New Installation -- From your log, you must be running Sierra Chart on a MAC or Linux (not on a native Windows platform) as you are getting the compression errors. Set "Global Settings >> Sierra Chart Server Settings >> General >> Use Real-Time Data Compression" to "No Compression" to not get those messages. -- In terms of your original issue, we think the following line is what was causing you the problem: Socket (4) | Error setting receive buffer size to 0. Windows error code 10022: Invalid argument.
