You need to look at all of the settings that can affect the charts. In particular, we would recommend checking the "Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Common Settings >> Intraday Data Storage Time Unit" to ensure that is set the same in both instances. Refer to the following: Data/Trade Service Settings: Intraday Data Storage Time Unit (Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Common Settings >> Common Settings) Otherwise, you have to look through the Chart Settings and make sure they are same. There is something that is causing these to be different, you just have to find it. -- With regards to the lag and movie you provided, we see that it is stating "Calculating Studies" in the upper left of the chart. So it looks like there is a study that is causing an issue. You would have to remove each study - one by one, to determine if it is a single study and then check how it is setup as to why it is taking a long time to calculate.
