We were able to open the chartbook without any issues. On that version of the software that does not work in version 2543, have you tried starting Sierra Chart without automatically opening any chartbooks? If so, does it crash prior to opening a chartbook? If it does open, then if you start a new chart, do you have an issue? If you open an existing Chartbook, is it then that it crashes?
