Hi Support,

I am a longtime AMP/Sierra Chart customer who recently funded and reactivated my SC account. It has had delayed data (10min) since I funded it again. In the last week, I have researched this topic to troubleshoot and taken steps like toggling the service from "SC all" back to CQG, then back to "SC all", disconnecting/reconnecting the feed, but nothing fixes the feed to realtime. Perhaps you have a flow chart to work from on such issues but I need assistance to make this "all" SC/Denali/Teton config work.
