The problem you are having with not getting the data is because you do not have the correct symbols. Each service uses a specific symbol methodology and every one is different. Therefore, when you change services, you need to update your symbols. When you change services and close the "Data/Trade Service Settings" window, it prompts you to update the symbols. If you forget, or open a chartbook that was not present when you did the conversion, then you can do it again by selecting "Edit >> Translate Symbols to Current Service".

A second issue we see is the following line:
File compression not supported on file system. D:\Sierra Chart\Data\MESZ23-CME.scid. Windows error code 1: Incorrect function. | 2023-09-13 10:55:46.132

We typically only see this when running Sierra Chart on a MAC or Linux system using an emulator. Regardless though, since you are having an issue with file compression, you should turn this off. Refer to the following for this setting:
Sierra Chart Server Settings: Use Real-Time Data Compression (Global Settings >> Sierra Chart Server Settings >> General >> General)
