Our support is nearly 24 hours, but the connection issue is handled by one of the engineers to make sure it was properly responded to. This was the reason for the delay.

If you had trouble logging into Sierra Chart, someone would be able to call you right away. When it comes to an external service connection problem, we are limited in the help that we can provide because we do not control those connections. So sometimes we are making guesses as to what the problem is. What I said to change the server to "Production" from the paper trading server, that was only a guess. There are several other potential issues. All of which are not clear to us because we do not control the connection.

Also, from what we can tell from this thread, you were successfully connected in the beginning but had an issue with the symbols from an existing chartbook with another service. The symbol formats are different. While we try to do our best to provide fast support, we cannot always be expected to be immediately responding to specialized issues like this. It goes into detail about how to set Sierra Chart to work with Rithmic, troubleshooting log in problems, and opening charts. Helping with an existing Chartbook, can be left until later on. From our perspective, with all of our responsibilities we do not consider that a priority and there is no way we can operate effectively, by providing rapid support for something like that. It simply is not possible especially at the prices we charge.
