You have not gone through the setup for the data in which you will eventually activate (and pay for) the exchange(s) for which you want the real-time data. Follow the instructions at the following link: Denali Exchange Data Feed: *Setup Instructions: CME/CBOT/NYMEX/COMEX Exchanges* -- Also, your account does not show that you have connected to your live, funded, futures trading account, as your "Verified Until" date is still showing as 0000-00-00. When you connect to your live, funded, futures trading account this date will update to be 30 days forward from the current date.
