Hi, I want to add an RTH session VWAP to my charts (i.e. a VWAP that starts at 09:30 NY time and runs until the RTH session closes). I can do this either with the built-in VWAP study or with the custom study ECIVwapAnchorV1.5. I've tried both and noticed that they are slightly different. The difference is not huge, but noticeably, especially within the first 30 minutes or so after the RTH open. (see attached screenshot - blue is built-in VWAP with 1sd and 2sd lines, pink is ECIVWAPAnchorV1.5 with 1sd and 2sd lines) Could you please explain why these two studies are different? Is there any specific setting that I missed or misconfigured? I would have expected them to be identical since they both start at 09:30 and should show the same thing. Thanks in advance. |
