Hi Support, I have reviewed multiple posts about how rithmic will give users issues with real-time data and that CME does not recognize a funded prop firm account as a real funded account. Since I am only looking to use this platform for footprint and other charting, and have funded accounts through Apex, I do not need order routing and simply just want real-time data without having to pay the professional fee rate. I am only in need of the CME e-mini data as I trade /ES. I read this part of the post...... "Trading accounts from funding evaluator services like Top Step Trader, Earn 2 Trade, One Up Trader, LeeLoo, UProfit, and other trading evaluator accounts, do not qualify to use the CME reduced price nonprofessional exchange fees. Therefore, to access the CME, CBOT, NYMEX, and/or COMEX real-time data from one of the Sierra Chart Data Feeds at the reduced fees, it is necessary to set the Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Service in Sierra Chart to use one of the supported futures Trading services or just connect for 10 seconds once a month then back to SC Data-All Services (or the service for your Simulated trading account)." After following those instructions I still have delayed data. I also tried disconnecting and reconnecting and still delayed. With that said, can you help me access real-time data if possible? Thank you. |
