Hi, i've created a new clean install for SierraChart, set the connection and open clean 5 min chart (days to load 10) and NO Continuous contract, and default SC settings First i've tried with NQU3.CME and wait 5-10 minutes Second Log is trying open new chartbook, find symbol, ESU3.CME with 5 min HLC chart (days to load 10), tried to "Delete and Download Data" but fails (downloading historical data) Log is about 5-10 minutes See attached logs I don't know if it matters much, but my connection is 300/300Mbps Date Time Of Last Edit: 2023-09-04 14:50:13
