I have been using SierraChart for some years At the beginning of summer, I connected to Rithmic Data Feed, since I use a funded company and their connection is through Rithmic. Until last week or the week before, I had no problems to connect and trade, but since then, apparently the platform connects well, but the data is downloading VERY SLOWLY despite having the days to load in 5 days, and 5 minute chart, only with HLC bars and volume. I have tried to make a new installation of SierraChart, configuring everything from scratch, to see if it was a failure in some configuration, but without result. SierraChart is updated to the latest version 2540. Is there any problem with Rithmic Data Feed? I know that before it was necessary an extension to use Rithmic (placing the Rim folder inside the SC installation), but according to your current documentation it is not necessary, isn't it? |
