Hi, I've switched from Tradingview to Sierra Chart and have been a really successful change ever since. But lately, specially on the last three weeks I am having problems with the data not updating correctly, resulting in some serious drawbacks. I've noticed it happens whenever there's big volume movements on BTC, but today for example, it happened regardless volume increase and up to this moment (5 hours later) the data didn't synchronized. I am having to use Tradingview again (which by the way, didn't show any slow or halting on the moments that Sierra did) but it doesn't have tick charts, so I'm basically tied to Sierra. 1 - My connection seems fine, since I am able to use it to work, browse and as said above, Tradingview keeps functioning. 2- I am mostly monitoring two symbols at a time, SOL and BTC. Sometimes BTC keeps functioning while SOL stops altogether or get really delayed. I attached a screenshot of today showing the difference between 1m chart time and the PC time (by the way, GMT -03:00 in case you need to know). 3 - I tried a different PC and another internet provider but the problem seems to persist. 4 - The PC specs I'm using are at the end of the post 5 - Tried using only 1H to see if it would help in case the tick was using too much bandwidth but it didn't make any difference. 6 - I've been successfully using SC up to this point with different symbols and time frames for Binance Futures, only recently this kind of problems started happening. Can you help me? It started happening about 3 weeks ago, but it is turned more frequently to the point it is happening daily.
