Sorry to reup this thread, but to not create another one or create a ticket for nothing, I think I have the same issue.. As we are 1st September, I activated the full CME market data for the free coming month and bought the SC package 11. I did not contact the broker yet to connect the account so I wanted before to contiinue to trade with the trading evaluator (not the delayed this time) throught Global Settings >> data/trade service but I still have on the header DD: 00:10:10(delayed), so I think I'm still not connected with the Denali data feed ? Things I did: Help >> Download current version, install & restart, still not work.. Am I missing something ? Edit: Am I missing something ?
Ok, after looking around, I think the answer is in the first sentence.. After looking in the windows message log, there is a line "Notice: Not connected to Live trading account to receive CME realtime futures data at non-professional fees. | 2023-09-01 17:56:18.256" So.. Correct me if I'm wrong please.. You can't trade with trading evaluator service with real-time data through Denali if not already connected with your live trading account with your broker ?
