You should not have been affected by the smaller buffer size. Something is not right here. And this is why, we cannot acknowledge, the issue is on our side. We have no control over the public Internet. You cannot discount problems with the public Internet. It could even be some issue with the ISPs that we are using and the path of connectivity all the way to the computer and return path. Now having said that, there is some more work we are doing which will take about two weeks for completion but it may not help in your case. 25 symbols can potentially lead to a connection being closed if there is a big burst of activity and the data is not getting through fast enough over the public Internet. We will increase the buffer size as needed, since we have substantially reduced it. But at some point we do have to place a limit.
