Same issue here. Performed a software update to current version. Disabled the firewall. Still the same issue persists. I am receiving market data and can place/cancel orders normally though so I'm a little perplexed by this issue. Thank you for your help.

UPDATE: I have just noticed that I am not receiving data for VX from the CFE. All other data is functioning normally. I have a second installation of Sierra that is also producing this same error with no data printing from CFE.
