We are not able to help any further than what we have pointed you to previously, as we simply do not have anything else to try or do. If this were a general issue that most customers were having, then there would be something with our software that needs attention, but as this is only related to a particular hardware that you are using, then it implies an issue with that hardware (or at least, an incompatibility of some sort). Again, all the information we have on this is in the documentation we pointed you to. One other item that we will mention that has a large impact on the performance of Sierra Chart (at least with regards to data loading, but not so much once the charts are running) is your drive type. We recommend NVME SSD drives. We wonder if your drive types are very different between the two systems.
