We want you to set this port number to 0 and restart Sierra Chart:
Sierra Chart Server Settings: UDP Port (Global Settings >> Sierra Chart Server Settings >> General >> General)


That should resolve your problem.

Also make sure your computer is running a firewall. It looks like your computer is unprotected. We do not think we have ever heard about a problem like this before.
