The image you linked to does not show anything (it is blank). Can you please give us an image of what you are seeing within the context of the larger Sierra Chart (in other words, we would like to see all of the Sierra Chart software with this one window also displayed). Is this coming up when you open a chartbook? When you start Sierra Chart, if you have not opened any chartbooks, then the graphics area will be empty. You can even control the color of this space with the Graphics Setting for "Main Window Background". Is this, by any chance, what you are referring to?
