You stated that the notebook does not have a dedicated GPU. Check the setting for "Global Settings >> Graphics Settings - Global >> Other >> Use OpenGL for Chart Graphics". You would want this to NOT be enabled (i.e. disabled - no checkmark). If you change this, then you need to restart Sierra Chart. See if this helps with your situation.
