Dear support team, I have recently a serious performance issue. I'm on vacation so I copied my chartbook to my notebook which has the same CPU as my desktop PC (Ryzen 5900HX with 16GB of RAM and no dedicated GPU). On my Notebook the cpu, gpu and memory consumption is on the lower level without any peaks (see attached screenshot). But when I try to draw something or move a chart it is very laggy to a extend that makes it unusable. Even scrolling through the message log is verry laggy. All other open applications run smoothly. I have in total 11 charts open in my workbook and no lvl 2 data. I reduced my workbook already by closing another 11 charts I rather do not need to check if this will help to increase the performance. Unfortunately it hasn't. I updated Sierra Charts to the most recent version and in addition to that I restarted my Notebook and Sierra Charts a couple of times without an improvement. The same workbook with the total of 22 charts run perfectly fine on my deskop PC with the same CPU and almost identical HW. Addendum: I closed all charts except of 2. The issue is slighly better but still persists. Please help. Thank you. Date Time Of Last Edit: 2023-08-29 14:42:41
