It is possible. If you have not already deleted the file, then exit from Sierra Chart in the installation with the problem and open the File Explorer (file system window) and go to the 'Data' folder that is under that Sierra Chart installation. Find the file with the name of the symbol, exactly as it is in the chart that has the problem. If you have file extensions showing, it will be a .scid file. Delete this file.
