It makes sense that if the entry time is different then the price would be different if your entry price is based on the Last trade price, or something else that changes with time within a bar. The main thing to check for why you are having a difference in the time of the order is the "Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Common Settings >> Intraday Data Storage Time Unit". Make sure this is set the same between the two systems, and you probably want it to be 1 tick. Otherwise, you would have to look through the various Chart Settings to see if there is something different between the two.
