The way your account is setup in relation to the "Professional" v " Non-Professional" for the CME Group, is a bit strange, as you should not be setup as a "Non-Professional" at this point. The reason for this is that you have not completed both of the agreements that are necessary in order to be setup as a "Non-Professional". Please re-complete the "Uniform Subscriber Agreement" at the following link: https://www.sierrachart.com/UserControlPanel.php?page=ExchangeAgreements When you do this, you need to include the name of your FCM/Broker for the Live, Funded, Futures Trading account that you have that will qualify you for the non-professional standing for the CME Group. You also need to include the Account Number for that account.
