User98657 - Some more options to try: 1) Delete all sound files from all your SC folders 2) Go to Global Settings and select "Clear Alert Sound Queue" 3) Install vanila version of Sierra chart in a new folder from scratch 3.1 download the install file. Do not do Fast update. 3.2 Do not copy any of your personal configuration files. Manually configure all your account settings etc 3.3 Do not copy all your chartbooks or trade log folder etc. Only copy the chartbook you use for live trading 3.4 Do not copy any of your intraday or historical data files 4) personal choice: run SC from one main instance and avoid creating a second instance.
