After you change your service to the "Trading Evaluator" and you select OK to close the "Data/Trade Service Settings", you will be prompted to change your symbols for the new service - you need to say "Yes" to this. Every service uses a different symbol nomenclature, so when you change services, you need to ensure you update your symbols. If you forget, or you open a different chartbook later, you can do this by selecting "Edit >> Translate Symbols to Current Service".
