Since you are getting the data from us, everything should be the same regardless of whether you are connected to your Teton account or your Rithmic account. With regards to the starting time, your chart is not starting at 17:04, it is starting at 17:00. Since we display the date at the far left in the Time Scale, you can not see the time listing for the very first bar. Use the Crosshairs with the Tool Values Window to verify this. Refer to the following: Chart Drawing Tools: Viewing Tool and Chart Data When Using Tools The starting time of the chart is set in the Session Times. The session times are going to be relative to the Time Zone you have set. Keep in mind you have a Global Time Zone (Global Settings >> Time Zone) and charts, by default, use that Global Time Zone. But you can change individual charts to have their own time zone - Chart >> Chart Settings >> Session Times >> Time Zone. If you are going to be trading both your Teton account and your APEX account, then we recommend installing a second Sierra Chart. This way one will be connected to Teton and the other connected to Rithmic. As long as both installations are on the same computer, then there are no additional fees to do this.
