There are a few things going on.

First, the connection to your account with Edge Clear/IronBeam did not work. There is the following in your log:
Teton CME Order Routing | Connection error: No trade accounts assigned | 2023-08-25 13:30:22.418 *

This means that Edge Clear/IronBeam have not finished setting up your account yet. Please check with them and ensure that this has been taken care of on their side. Once it is, then go through the Setup Instructions at the following link starting at Step #6 to make the connection and update your "Verified Until" date:

Just so you are aware, you can view your "Verified Until" date at the following link - this way you can see whether your connection to your Teton Account has been successful or not:

Next, when you tried to connect to your Rithmic account, your account was still in a Trial. During the trial, we do not allow for connections to trading or data services.

We see that you have since updated your account to be on Package 11, so this should not be an issue any further. But, you will want to get the data working first, so make sure you take care of the above item.

Also, in order to avoid a "Permission Denied" error with Rithmic, we recommend not entering any information for the "Data" fields on the "Data/Trade Service Settings" page. You do not need the data from Rithmic, since you are getting it from us, so this is not a problem.
