The "Real Time Clock" gets the time from your computer. Select "Window >> Message Log" and scroll to the top of the log. Near the top you will see items that start with a Date and Time and then say things like the following: "...Local computer time in UTC | ..." "...Local Computer time in SC Time Zone |..." "...Server time in UTC | ..." And right below the last line above should be the following: "Local computer UTC time and Server UTC time difference: ..." What is the value listed after the colon (:) in the line just above? It sounds like this will be 20 seconds. If so, then the issue is just that your computer clock and the timestamps from the exchange are different.
