Does everything flow smoothly in terms of the data coming in? Is it just that a bar will start at 1:20 when you look at the clock on your computer, but it is showing 1:00 in the chart? If the above is "Yes", then the issue is just a difference in the clock on your computer versus the time-stamps of the data. In which case, your computer clock is off in comparison to what the exchange uses for their time.
