An engineer who is familiar with the integration to Rithmic needs to review these Message Logs and advise you as to the proper solution. And it is also possible we may have to forward issues like this to Rithmic. You need to change the symbols of the charts to use the Rithmic symbols. You appear to be using IQ Feed symbols.
